We notify you by email at 80% and again at 100% of your monthly limit. Consent collection and audit logging continue without interruption — we will not cut off your site. You can upgrade at any time, or we will prompt you at your next billing cycle.

Consent event data is stored on infrastructure in the United States. EU-jurisdiction events are flagged in the audit log by regulation and IP region. Yes. Cancel from the dashboard at any time. On monthly plans, access continues until the end of the billing period. On annual plans, we pro-rate a refund for unused months upon request. Your audit log data remains accessible for 30 days after cancellation for export purposes.
